Steel billet can be used as raw material for downstream processes, and after processing technologies such as rolling, forging, and drawing, it can be made into finished steel products of various specifications and shapes, such as steel plates, steel pipes, steel bars, etc. 430 stainless steel is a commonly used ferritic stainless steel, its main components include iron, about 16%-18% chromium, as well as smaller amounts of manganese, silicon, carbon, and phosphorus. Stainless steel billet is the primary form in the stainless steel manufacturing process, which is usually further processed into various types of stainless steel products. This dataset is formed by aggregating data from multiple sources. This dataset includes a mix of converter steel and EAF steel technologies, with the scrap steel input in the EAF steel described in this dataset being approximately 0.35kg/kg of steel.
