This process involves the pretreatment of waste textile raw materials through methods such as dismantling, crushing, and drying, followed by sending them to depolymerization equipment to recover DMT. After undergoing polymerization reactions and pelletizing, PET chips are produced, and then spun into regenerated filaments. The equipment used in the process of producing regenerated silk from waste chemical fiber products mainly operates using electricity. The waste pollutants produced during the preparation process are mainly dust, which is captured using a cloth bag dust removal system. The solid waste from production mainly includes waste buttons, oligomer slag, melt filtration slag, waste slag, waste chips, furnace slag, etc. The wastewater mainly consists of domestic wastewater, while the exhaust gas pollutants primarily contain SO2, NOx, etc. Dust and solid particulates are produced during the pre-treatment, polymerization reaction, and spinning stages. This dataset is applicable to the process of producing再生丝from recycled synthetic fibers.
