Continuous casting refers to the production process of continuously casting refined steel water into steel billets of different types and specifications. The main equipment includes rotary tables, tundishes, mold, and straightening machines, etc. This process represents the continuous casting of 1kg of refined steel water, resulting in the generation of 0.958kg of continuously cast slab. This process should be used in conjunction with the production data of 1kg of refined steel water. The continuous casting process includes steel water preparation, casting, cooling, and cutting processes. This dataset includes energy consumption, auxiliary material consumption, by-products or wastes generated during the continuous casting process. The data inventory is formed by aggregating data from multiple sources.
