This is a market dataset, representing the consumption market of the region. The dataset includes transport from the gate to the point of consumption, and transport services are calculated based on the transport situation of this product in the region. The photovoltaic (PV) backsheet is the encapsulation material on the back of single-glass PV module; this dataset includes primary raw materials, auxiliaries, energy, atmospheric emissions, and wastes from the production process. Manufacturing of production equipment, construction of factories, and other infrastructures are not within the scope of the dataset boundaries; the data inventory was formed by merging data from multiple sources; the manufacturing process of co-extruded PV backsheets includes the plastic pellets production process (blending, extrusion granulation, cooling, drying, and pelletizing steps) and the PV backsheet production process (blending, extrusion, cleaning, cutting, rewinding, and inspection steps).
