The energy density of LFP battery pack is approximately 0.088 kWh/kg; this dataset includes primary raw materials, energy, and waste generated during the production process, but not the manufacturing of production equipment or infrastructure construction such as buildings, which are outside the boundaries of the dataset; the data are derived from studies based on surveys of Chinese companies and have been adjusted and supplemented with reference to industry statistics, standards, and manuals on waste emission coefficients for data on waste batteries and other waste; the production process of the battery pack includes cell sorting and testing, module assembly, battery pack assembly, and battery pack testing procedures.
