The dataset represents the waste management activity of \"municipal solid waste\" in a sanitary landfill. The recommended use of this dataset: for average municipal/public waste mixtures. Not suitable to represent any single specific waste, such as plastics, paper, or cardboard. It also contains 55% moisture. 34%, Higher Heating Value (HHV) 4535.00 kJ/kg, Lower Heating Value (LHV) 2749.00 kJ/kg. The carbon share of the initial waste, i.e., from biogenic sources is 60.4%. The proportion of unoxidized and substantially recoverable metals in the waste (excluding extremely small or extremely thin components) is: Iron: 60.03%; Aluminum: 17.81%; Copper: 72.83%.
