Waste lead-acid batteries contain 30％ to 40％ (by mass) of lead paste. The dataset represents the process of smelting lead paste after desulfurization to obtain crude lead, using the oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting method. The smelting temperature was 800-900 ℃. During the smelting process, iron filings and coke are added, using coke as a reductant to reduce the oxides of lead and antimony, while the melted iron filings can act as an isolation layer, effectively separating molten lead from floating slag and encapsulating it to reduce smoke generation. This dataset is applicable to the oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting process of lead paste from waste lead-acid batteries.
