This dataset primarily describes the foundation and equipment installation of offshore wind turbines. It assumes that all building materials and equipment are processed onshore and then transported by sea freight to the offshore work area for construction and assembly. The transportation distance is taken as the weighted average offshore distance of 82 wind farms. In this stage, the consumed materials include concrete, steel bars, steel, sacrificial anode aluminum alloy, rubber fenders, sandbags, etc., and the main energy consumption is for diesel used in construction and installation. For the phase of demolition, recovery, and disposal, it is assumed that there is a 90% recovery rate for metal materials such as rebars, steel, iron, aluminum, copper, etc. Resins, rubbers, and other such materials are incinerated, while other materials are disposed of by landfill.
