This is a market dataset, representing the consumption market of the region. The dataset includes transport from the gate to the point of consumption, and transport services are calculated based on the transport situation of this product in the region. String inverter is used to convert the direct current from photovoltaic cells to alternating current. The power of this inverter is approximately 110kW, and it weighs about 110kg; the dataset includes primary raw materials, energy, atmospheric emissions, and waste from the production process. The production equipment manufacturing, building construction and other infrastructures are not included within the dataset boundary. The dataset includes the retirement, scrapping, and recycling stages of photovoltaic inverters. It is assumed that the mass recycling rate for aluminum and printed circuit boards is 100%, but it does not include the energy and material usage of the dismantling and recycling stages. The data inventory is formed by merging data from multiple sources; the production of photovoltaic inverters includes tin screen printing, placement of components, reflow welding, insertion of components, wave soldering, inspection, spraying and curing, inkjet printing, organization, testing and other process steps.
