The process involves the collection of waste books and old newspapers classified by material type, followed by soaking, screening, and removal of impurities. The processed waste paper is then pulverized and pulped with the addition of chemical agents before being placed on a molding machine to form recycled newsprint. The recycling process is powered by electricity for the operation of crushing and pressing equipment, with the production process requiring inputs of fresh water, coal, and oil. The production process generates emissions of CO2, NOx, SO2, CH4, CO, PM10, NMVOC, TSP and other gases; it also produces wastewater containing COD, BOD5, TN, TP, NO3-, PO43-, TSS, etc., and emissions of solid waste. This dataset applies to the process of producing recycled newsprint from waste books and old newspapers.
