This process involves the classified collection of waste kraft paper, followed by pulping treatment. After impurity removal and screening, chemicals are added to prepare pulp. The prepared pulp is then injected into forming machines where it takes shape via molds and wire patterns. The formed pulp goes through processes including drying, calendering, and cutting to produce recycled kraft paper.\\nThe recycling process uses electricity to power the crushing and grinding equipment. The technology of production requires input of fresh water and steam for energy consumption. During the production process, water effluents containing CODcr, NH3-N, as well as plastic and metal wastes, residues, sludge, and general solid waste emissions are produced.\\nThis dataset applies to the process of producing recycled kraft paper from waste kraft paper.
