This process involves the pretreatment of waste textiles, followed by classification, sterilization, tearing, and opening to pre-process into再生fibers. These再生fibers are then processed through opening and mixing, carding, web laying, and needle punching to produce needle punch felt. Additionally, these再生fibers can be processed through opening and mixing, air flow web formation, and thermal bonding to create thermal bond felt. Finally, by bonding needle punch felt and thermal bond felt, a regenerated fiber felt is prepared. The equipment used in the process of preparing reclaimed felt from waste fabrics mainly operates using electricity, with domestic water required for production activities. The primary waste pollutants produced during the preparation process are dust particles, which are captured by a bag filter dust removal system. The solid waste produced mainly includes scrap material, waste metal, waste packaging, and furnace slag. The wastewater generated by the project is mainly domestic sewage. The exhaust gas pollutants consist primarily of dust, soot, and other solid particulates. This dataset applies to the process of producing recycled felt from waste fabrics.
