Lithium iron phosphate is the chemically active material in the cathode of lithium-ion batteries; this dataset includes primary raw materials, energy, atmospheric emissions (CO), wastewater, and waste generated during the production process. Production equipment manufacturing and plant construction infrastructure are not included within the boundaries of this dataset. The inventory is formed by merging data from multiple sources and supplemented CO2 emissions according to stoichiometry; the production of lithium iron phosphate cathode active material includes batching, grinding dispersion, drying, sintering, crushing, and packaging. Among these, the sintering process follows the reaction equation: FePO4 + 1/2 Li2CO3 + 3/40 C6H. 12O6 +→LiFePO4 +3/4 CO2 +9/20 H2O+1/5 C, side reaction equation: HO(CH2CH2O)nH→2C+ 2H2O+ (n+1)/2 H2, 3/4C+H2O→CO+H2.
