It is not suitable to represent any single specific waste, such as plastics, paper, cardboard. The characteristics of urban solid waste in Baicheng City, Jilin Province are as follows: food waste 43%, paper 4.9%, rubber 15%, textiles (fibers) 2.7%, wood and bamboo 2.7%, ash and soil 0%, bricks, tiles, and ceramics 4.6%, glass 2.6%, metals 0.5%, and others 24%. It has a moisture content of 55.81% and higher calorific value of 6171. 51 kJ/kg, lower heating value 4526.37 kJ/kg. The initial waste's carbon fraction, that is, biogenic source at 60.4%. The proportion of unoxidized and substantially recoverable metals in the waste (excluding very small or very thin parts): Iron: 60.03%; Aluminum: 17.81%; Copper: 72.83%. Overall degradation rate of waste in 100 years: 18.73%.
