This dataset represents the service of transporting 1 ton of freight over a distance of 1 kilometer by a tanker for liquid goods within the coastal/marine region of China. The transport dataset covers the entire life cycle of transport, which includes the production and maintenance of tanker for liquid goods, port construction, and the usage of energy and operation emissions. Extrapolation of the proportion of transport services for each ton of tanker for liquid goods is made based on relevant national coastal/marine tanker for liquid goods data, deadweight tonnage, cargo turnover, literature, and resources.
