Producer-led channel recycling refers to battery manufacturers who, through existing sales networks and the logistics of \"trade-in\" programs, reverse-logistically recycle spent batteries. They rely on dealers and after-sales service outlets to collect waste lead batteries from consumers. Compared with other recycling methods, this model has fewer sources of recovery, which leads to longer retention times at storage points. In this dataset, the transportation for producer-led recycling uses a 9t diesel truck, the transportation distance for recycling 1t of waste lead batteries is 24km, they are stored at the storage point for 3 weeks, and the operational power consumption at the storage point is 0. 265kWh/t/day. This dataset applies to the self-recovery process of waste lead-acid battery producers.
