The plastic content of waste lead-acid batteries, such as organic materials, is 12% to 30% by weight. After being washed and flotation separated, plastics and other organic materials can be recycled. The plastics and separators are granulated by a shredder, washed with water, then dried to reduce the amount of lead adhered to the surface. The dried plastic separators can be sold. This dataset applies to the regeneration process of plastic separators from waste lead-acid batteries.
