This dataset describes the construction of a 1m conveyor belt, which is used for large-scale transport operations at mines, ports, and other similar locations. The inventory data was formed by aggregating data from multiple sources and some data was corrected and updated according to the mean values reported in industry reports. The dataset encompasses processes including building materials, energy consumption, and mechanical assembly; the EP (polyester) conveyor belt is primarily made of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, along with carbon black and other minor ingredients, which are processed through intensive mixing, rolling, forming, and vulcanization before leaving the factory; the assembly of the belt conveyor's mechanical components is mainly composed of welding steel materials such as wire rod, strip steel, etc. Manufacturing of production equipment, construction of factory buildings, and other infrastructure are not included within the boundaries of the dataset.
