The production of silicon polished wafers comprises monocrystalline pulling, slicing and grinding, and polishing processes. The wafer foundry process includes wafer cleaning, end diffusion, lithography, and oxidation such as chemical processes, corrosion, deposition of thin films, sintering, and metallization.
