This technology is an efficient steel processing method that combines two crucial steps, annealing and galvanizing, to produce galvanized steel with superior corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. The cold-hardened coil is heated to a certain temperature and then slowly cooled in a controlled environment to improve the mechanical and processing properties of the steel. The annealing process can eliminate internal stresses in the steel, making the material softer and easier to process. Next is the galvanizing process, in which the steel is dipped into molten zinc. This step forms a zinc coating on the surface of the steel, providing anti-corrosion protection. Before galvanizing, the surface of steel needs to be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that the zinc coating can adhere uniformly to the surface. After galvanizing, the steel coil undergoes cooling and surface treatments (such as passivation or applying rust-preventative oil) to further enhance its corrosion resistance and appearance quality. Finally, the hot-dip galvanized coil, which has undergone annealing, is inspected for quality assurance to ensure it meets specific standards, and then it is packaged for subsequent use or processing. The raw material for the hot-dip galvanized coil is processed from short-process steelmaking products.
