In the verified Coal resource base of Guangxi, the reserves are relatively small, classifying it as one of the Coal - deficient provinces. Coalfields with reserves exceeding 100 million tons include Heshan, Baise, Hongmao, Nanning, Dongluo, Nailong, Mingjiang, Luocheng, and so on. The resource distribution is uneven, mainly concentrated in western and central Guangxi.
