Hot-dip galvanized coil (carbon steel) is widely used in fields such as construction, home appliances, and transportation, for example, in building structural steels, appliance casings, and traffic facilities. The advantages of hot-dip galvanized coil include easy processing and good weldability, which can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance and aesthetics in different fields. The production process of hot-dip galvanized coil includes pretreatment of cold-hardened coil, hot-dip galvanizing, cooling, straightening, cutting, packaging, etc., covering the energy consumption, material consumption, waste disposal, and environmental emissions required in the production process. This data set is formed by aggregating data from multiple sources.
