Regenerated aluminum is one of the significant sources of aluminum metal; this dataset includes the major raw material and auxiliary material consumption, energy use, waste treatment, and direct emissions to the atmosphere and water bodies during the production process. The infrastructure such as production equipment and factory construction is not included within the boundary of the dataset; the data inventory comes from literature and has been optimized according to the best available information in 2022; the processing technology and regeneration process of regenerated aluminum includes recycling, sorting, smelting, refining, and other processes of scrap aluminum.
