The characteristics of urban solid waste treated by the Municipal Solid Waste Incinerator (MSWI) in Anyang City, Henan Province are as follows: food waste 46.75%, paper 11%, rubber 17.32%, textiles (fibers) 8.77%, wood and bamboo 7.35%, ash and soil 2.75%, bricks, tiles, and ceramics 0.96%, glass 0.79%, metals 0.62%, and others 3.69%. Moisture content is 53.48%, higher calorific value of 7932.22 kJ/kg, and lower calorific value of 6008. 27 kJ/kg. Waste treatment activities are based on an average urban/public waste mixture, not suitable for individual specific wastes such as plastics, paper, cardboard, etc. If your waste is a specific waste mixture, please inventory the corresponding waste separately. Each kg of this waste will produce 0.205 kg of slag and 0. 5kg of fly ash and slag, after precious metal recovery, are landfilled, with a 1:1 ratio of fly ash to cement for solidification treatment. The average heat efficiency of waste heat power generation is 22%; during the process of waste heat supply, there are no different forms of heat and energy conversion, so the heat efficiency is higher, averaging 64%; by combining the heat efficiency of the waste heat power generation process and the direct heat supply process, 15% of the heat generated during the waste incineration process is used for power generation, and 56% is used for direct heating.
