The retired ternary lithium batteries originate from electric bicycles, electric vehicles, electric equipment, and tools, etc. After dismantling, the power batteries that cannot be reassembled following inspection are recycled for resource recovery. This dataset focuses on the recycling method of retired ternary lithium batteries through a circular remanufacturing process. This process recovers the battery's cathode material by undergoing pretreatment, acid leaching, solvent extraction, synthesis of ternary precursors, ternary battery material synthesis, etc. Subsequently, the cathode material metals (nickel, cobalt, manganese, lithium) and other metals (copper, aluminum) are regenerated through reactions and separation processes. This dataset applies to the process of resource recovery for retired ternary lithium batteries using recycling technology.
