This market group dataset represents consumable electricity in Northwest China Grid (NWG), including Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, and Tibet. Since the infrastructure, emissions, and line losses in the process required for electricity transmission to the end user have been considered in the market dataset, the market group data set is a consolidation of different market datasets within the region. Data are mainly from official statistics and public literature.
