Propylene can be used for the production of chemical products such as polypropylene, acrylonitrile, and propylene oxide; this dataset includes the main raw materials, auxiliary materials, energy, air emissions, water emissions, and waste of the production process, but does not include infrastructure such as production equipment and plant construction within the dataset boundary; the data inventory is taken from literature; the production activities of propylene from crude oil refining include processes such as raw material pretreatment, cracking reaction, separation, purification, and packaging.
