Various copper-containing waste materials applicable to this process include废铜管材, rod materials, wire materials, and waste copper recovered after dismantling. Slag from mineral smelting furnaces and other waste copper with higher levels of impurities are not suitable for this process. The smelting process primarily uses electricity and natural gas as smelting energy sources, while charcoal is mainly used as an oxygen-isolating cover agent. The project's main water usage is for circulating cooling supplementary water, and wastewater is not discharged externally. Domestic water and landscaping water are not included in this dataset. Exhaust gas produced during the production process comes from smelting furnace exhaust gas and casting exhaust gas, mainly comprising smoke and dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, which are discharged into the atmosphere after treatment. The waste materials generated in the production process mainly include waste wire casings and plastics, which are collected and sold externally for disposal; trimmings are collected and returned to the furnace for reuse; the main components of slag are oxides of impurity metals and cuprous oxide, which are considered general industrial waste, collected and utilized comprehensively as building materials.
