Naphtha can be used as a liquid fuel; this dataset includes the main raw materials, energy, atmospheric emissions, water emissions, and wastes associated with the production process. Infrastructure such as production equipment and factory construction is not included within the scope of the dataset boundaries; the data inventory is derived from literature data. The production process of naphtha involves general petroleum processing and refining operations. Specifically, it includes atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic reforming, catalytic cracking, delayed coking, diesel hydrotreating, gasoline adsorption desulfurization, LPG separation, methyl tert-butyl ether production, and acid gas removal processes.
