This is a market dataset, representing the consumption market of the region. The dataset includes transport from the gate to the point of consumption, and transport services are calculated based on the transport situation of this product in the region. Silicon aluminum alloy is mainly used as alloy materials for aerospace, space technology, and portable electronic devices. It is also widely used in the automotive industry and machinery manufacturing to make parts used under sliding friction conditions. This dataset contains the primary raw materials, auxiliaries, energy, waste treatment, and direct emissions to the atmosphere and water bodies in the production process. The infrastructure, such as production equipment manufacturing and plant construction, is not included in the dataset boundary. The data inventory is taken from literature and has been optimized according to the best available information in 2022. The process flow for producing aluminum-silicon alloy through the recycling and reuse of waste aluminum alloy includes two stages: the pretreatment of waste aluminum (magnetic separation, eddy current separation, and heavy medium separation) and the remelting ofregenerated aluminum (drying, remelting). Throughout the entire production process, the slag produced by the smelting furnace is recycled in the converter, extracting residual aluminum from the waste. Bag filters are used throughout the production process to collect dust, which is then treated by liquid spray and released into the air.
