This process involves the opening of waste textile fabrics, purifying, and removing impurities to form the recycled cotton product. During production, waste threads, irregular yarn, and other wastes are first manually sorted from the waste cotton and waste fabric scraps. Fibers are mixed thoroughly by a carding machine, and the opening and purification processes remove impurities. Subsequently, a refining machine further removes impurities and refines the product into recycled refined cotton.\\n\\nThe equipment used for the production of recycled cotton from waste fabrics primarily operates on electricity. Solid waste generated during the preparation process mainly includes cotton residue, waste threads, waste cotton materials, etc. The wastewater produced by the project is mainly domestic wastewater, while the exhaust air pollutants, mainly composed of cotton dust, are produced during the opening, carding, and baling processes. This dataset applies to the process of producing recycled cotton from waste cotton fabrics.
