The dataset represents the waste management activity of \"municipal solid waste\" in a sanitary landfill. The recommended use of this dataset: for average municipal/public waste mixtures. It is not suitable to represent any single specific waste, such as plastic, paper, cardboard. The characteristics of municipal solid waste in Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are as follows: kitchen waste 36.11%, paper 19.41%, rubber 14.35%, textile (fiber) 5.73%, wood and bamboo 3.87%, ash and soil 10.56%, bricks and ceramics 2.11%, glass 2.89%, metal 2.64%, and others 2%. 35% moisture 46.41%, Higher Heating Value (HHV) 7088.35 kJ/kg, Lower Heating Value (LHV) 5320.43 kJ/kg. The carbon fraction of the initial waste, i.e., 60.4% of biogenic origin. The proportion of non-oxidized and recoverable metals in the waste (excluding very small or very thin parts): Iron: 60.03%; Aluminum: 17.81%; Copper: 72.83%. Total degradation rate of waste over 100 years: 18.73%.
