This product represents polyvinyl chloride (PVC) produced by the suspension polymerization method; this dataset includes major raw materials, auxiliaries, energy, atmospheric emissions, water emissions, and waste from the production process. Plasticizers or other additives, and processes such as mixing of these materials, production equipment, and infrastructure such as facility construction are not included within the boundaries of this dataset; the data inventory is taken from literature and optimized based on the best available information up to 2022; the production process of PVC by suspension polymerization includes procedures such as feeding, initiating reaction, monomer recovery, drying, screening, and post-processing.
