This dataset mainly represents the process of physically crushing and recycling waste copper cables. The main process flow includes shredding waste copper cables using a shredder, then delivering them to the feeding and magnetic separation area before being fed into the chaff hammer for crushing. After crushing, the semi-finished copper wires are separated from the cable sheaths. The cable sheath is sent to the washing jig for flotation and cleaning. The clean recycled copper granules and the cable sheath are separately packaged and sold. The water used for cleaning is recycled and not discharged; the atmospheric pollutants produced during the production process are mainly particulates; the solid waste is mainly production waste and sediment, all of which are handled by the sanitation company.
