Thank you for using and trusting HiQ Smart Data's products and services! We are committed to maintaining your trust, adhering to the law and our commitments to you, and doing our utmost to ensure the security and reasonable use of your personal information. At the same time, we solemnly promise to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in accordance with mature industry security standards.
§1 How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We will strictly process your personal information in accordance with legal regulations and the personal information processing rules we provide to you. We generally collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:
1.Personal Information Processing Activities Required for User Registration/Login
The HiQ platform products and services utilize a unified account system. When you register for a HiQ account, you must provide at least a username, mobile phone number, and/or email address, and create a password. If you only need to use basic services available without logging in, you have the right to choose not to register and not to provide the above information.
To comply with mandatory legal requirements or to use specific product features, when you are using certain specific products that require you to fill in your mobile number for account registration, we may display the mobile number linked to your HiQ account by default for your convenience. You can modify this information based on the corresponding product features. To ensure a consistent experience across HiQ products based on the same account, your account's follow and follow-back records in one HiQ product may be recorded under your HiQ account and displayed when you log into other related products. This service is realized based on the 'integration' clause but does not constitute a mandatory obligation of HiQ regarding data.
Apart from identifying your identity, the registration information will also be used in other service-related scenarios. For instance, we may use the collected information (such as your mobile number, email address) to communicate or interact with you directly; if we or companies using the HiQ account system detect suspicious activities (such as attempts to log into your HiQ account from an unusual location), we may send you notifications; or we or companies using the HiQ account system may contact you to inform you about upcoming changes or improvements to the services provided to you, or to invite you to participate in new product experiences.
To ensure the safety of your account and property, and to conduct risk control and defense, when you register/login to your account, we collect your device information and information related to the registration/login environment (including International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID), device name, device model, operating system version, Wi-Fi information BSSID, SSID, and IP address information).
In some products, you can also log in using third-party accounts (such as WeChat, Weibo, QQ). In this case, you will authorize the product to access your publicly registered information on that third-party account (including your nickname, avatar, and other authorized information).
For some products, we provide you with a 'one-click login' option, allowing you to choose to log in via 'one-click login,' which is provided by the carrier. If you choose this login method, the carrier will process your mobile number information. We cannot obtain your plain text mobile number before you actively log in.
To meet mandatory legal requirements, or for the necessity of providing products or services, or based on your need for enhanced account protection, you need to provide your real name, ID number, and facial information to complete account real-name verification when using certain services or if you have further needs. If you do not conduct real-name verification, it may impact your ability to use business functions that require real-name verification. To verify the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, or to ensure the security of your account, we may compare the real-name information you provide to HiQ with your corresponding information stored by authorized institutions or government agencies as permitted by law. To ensure the safety of your account and maintain consistency in real-name verification while providing you with convenient services, once your HiQ account completes real-name verification, the above real-name information will serve as the universal verification information for that account across all products accessing HiQ account services. To protect your personal information, please do not transfer or lend your account to others. If the processing exceeds the scope mentioned above, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, the personal information processor will obtain your consent in accordance with legal requirements.
